Job requirements

  • Good understanding of financial statements (accounting knowledge)
  • Client and results oriented
  • Previous experience in an operational area would be a plus
  • min 1 year of banking experience

Key responsibilities

  • For portfolio of Business Banking Clients:
  • Contribute to achieve team revenue performance versus targets through day-to-day sales support activities
  • Support, in accordance with the business model, the preparation of credit proposals and reviews; participate in client meetings when necessary
  • Provide on-boarding support
  • Act as escalation point for incoming calls related to client management processes
  • Proactively contribute to the ongoing process of internal flows and procedures improvement
  • As part of Business Banking Sales force, support implementing Business Banking annual target market strategy and Business Plan to provide successful, profitable growth in mid-market penetration as evidenced by growth in number of clients and revenues for BB
