Job requirements:

• University degree in Economics;
• At least 5 years experience in banking system (in RON and FX clientele, retail loans and operations-related areas) out of which min. 2 years experience preferably in a similar position or performing a supervisory activity within front office/ operations/ retail loans departments of a branch/ agency;
• Excellent knowledge of banking legislation and NBRs’ regulations;
• Fluent English, both spoken and written;
• Computer proficiency;
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills;
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and selling skills;
• Well organized, diplomatic and team-oriented person, with initiative and a positive attitude.

• Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person, able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever requested, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment.
