Descrierea postului:

Implement, monitor and evaluate the direct marketing campaigns and promotions

• prepare targeting scenarios, propose campaign flows and incentives
• provide feedback on marketing communication materials according with campaigns objectives,
• coordinate other departments involvement for campaigns preparation and roll-out
• on-going communication with Sales Force regarding campaign implementation and performance

• monitor the campaigns and promotions during roll-out and propose improvements based on campaign results

Support the development, implementation and maintenance of campaign and lead management systems

• prepare necessary business requests
• communicate with providers agreed (internal or external) during development phase

• test the applications developed for marketing campaigns

Prepare customer and prospects analyses. Support the improvement and maintenance of marketing customer and prospects databases

Update and implement campaigns related procedures

Cerinte:

• University degree (marketing or cybernetics preferably)
• Advanced PC skills MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook), basic SQL
• Communication skills (both oral and written)
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to details
• Client orientation
• Database analysis skills

• Medium English skills (both oral and written)
