CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Required background:

• University degree in Law;
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or a legal position position;

• Banking experience is an asset.

Required competencies:

• Able to travel all over the country within VBR network;
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Banking and enforcement legislation knowledge;
• Hard working, detail oriented;
• Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;

• Computer literacy.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Main responsibilities:

• Accomplishing all necessary enforcement formalities for covering the bank’s debts;
• Performing any other act or legal operation, applicable to the bank’s executor titles;

• Preparing legal opinions regarding the internal rules of enforcement area, by request.
