Descrierea postului:

• Responsible for ensuring professional services to company clients by handling all customers related operational transactions;
• Handle the customer (and/or customer’s representatives) in a professional and pleasant manner by offering them high standard services;
• Responsible for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the customer related data;
• Take care that the customer receives the information regarding the account balances, fees and other conditions of the various bank services;
• Opens and closes the accounts for individual clients;
• Prepares the letter for customers (regarding account opening/closing, general conditions and all other information mailed to the clients);

• Cards administration: receives the application from the client, updates the database, prepares the documents for HO, keeps and handle the cards to the clients.

Cerinte:

• Academic economic background;
• Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset;
• Customer oriented attitude;
• Problem solving attitude – initiative, proactively approach, ‘can-do’ attitude;
• Able to make quick and accurate decisions;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Very good communication skills;
• Very well-organized;
• Attention to details;

• Advance English level.
