Descrierea postului:

• Initiate new business relationships in order to enlarge the existing client base;
• Closely monitor the existing portfolio
• Sell ING lease products and ensure clients are fully served;
• Conduct negotiations with clients aimed to set up deals;
• Ability to promote and implement new products/services in compliance with the lease market
• Capability to cover a large geographical area in order to continuously increase the client portfolio
• Permanent observation and analysis of the specific market changes and trends, clients’ behavior, vendors’ requests.

• Areas to cover : Sibiu, Brasov, Alba, Mures, Cluj, Harghita, Covasna.

Cerinte:

• University degree, preferably in Economics;
• Relevant experience – 2 years experience in a client-related position;
• Knowledge of car market issues, equipment lease issues, structuring lease transactions;
• Strong commercial skills;
• Results oriented and problem solver;
• good analytical skills with structured thinking

• Very good verbal & written English skills.
