Descrierea postului:
As Compensation & Benefits Specialist for GE Money Romania, you will help design, implement, communicate and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the overall business plans and objectives. The successful candidate will provide support, guidance and analytical expertise on total compensation practices, policies and programs to enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain and motivate good people. Key stakeholders include HR Managers, Senior Business and Functional Leaders, Line Managers and Team Leaders, Regional Compensation & Benefits Managers.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Management of salary planning, and incentive planning processes;
- Oversight of rewards and recognition programs and tools;
- Creation and execution of policies and procedures related to pay practices;
- Involved in the evaluation and design of variable compensation arrangements;
- Coordination of market studies. Internal and external benchmarking;
- Partnership with HR Managers and Line management on all compensation matters;
- Creation innovative ways to deliver compensation education, analysis and products;
Cerinte:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college;
- At least 3 years experience in HR or a related function;
- Experience with compensations concepts, processes and systems;
- Thorough knowledge of compensation & benefits practices in Romania;
- Expertise in creating and implementing remuneration and reward policies and practices;
- Strong financial and business acumen;
- Good analytical skills;
- Independent and reliable;
- Precise in his/her work;
- Creative/problem solver;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good project management skills;
- Team player;
