Descrierea postului:

1. Purpose of the Job

  • The Business Development Reporting Officer will be responsible with planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting on SBB Sector BD activity and using the outcomes to perform various customer analyses

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and budgeting process for the SBB Sector BD activity
  • Submit enquiries in the interim data warehouse and/or the SBB Finance & MIS Manager in order to extract necessary information for preparing sales plan, market analysis and internal reporting
  • Extract data and draft the Business Unit Reporting containing SBB customer analysis per security type, loan type, sales channel, etc
  • Develop and implement procedures for more sophisticated credit activities, such as pre-approving loans based on financial modeling and behavior patterns
  • Perform portfolio analysis in order to identify the needs/opportunities for change/development of sales
  • Ensure internal communication with the sales channels
  • Coordinate the financial forecasting and assist the development of new products

3. Job Dimensions

  • Work closely with all relevant divisions/ departments in the Bank in order to ensure efficient internal communication: Sales Network, Credit, Financial Management and MIS, Risk Management, Loan Administration and Customer Service Department
  • Extract and manage a large amount of information from the data warehouse and Management Information Systems
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reporting activity

Cerinte:

1. Education

  • University graduate (Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and/or Finance )

2. Professional Experience

  • Understanding of banking/lending products for small businesses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel reports and analysis and understanding of IT applications especially Business Objects

3. Special Skills and Qualities
