Responsibilities:
- Customer advisory service
- Continuous customer contact
- Establishment of a long lasting customer relation
- Acquisition of a holistic knowledge of customer and continuous updating of customer information
- Providing advice on all financial aspects (concerning customers` complete wealth/assets)
- Monitoring banking transactions (inflows and outflows)
- Continuous reporting to customer in accordance with agreed formats
- Guarantee of confidentiality
- Continuous monitoring of customer’s satisfaction
- Continuous updating of knowledge about products and markets
- Continuous monitoring of recommendations coming from Investments Unit on risk profiling, asset allocations, suggested investments, products, market’s suggestions
- Compliance with those recommendations
- Observation of financial markets and private banking area
- Continuous monitoring of competitors as well as comparison of products
- Establishing strong ties within the investment community
- Continuous training within all relevant PB aspects
- Elaboration and check of investments and wealth protection proposals
- Elaboration of investment proposals based on customer specifications and investment objectives (risk profile and financial goals)
- Clear and well understandable preparation and structuring
- Periodic adaptation according to market and/or customer’s request
- Execution of customer orders
- Guarantee the overall quality of financial investments in customer’s portfolio
- Intensive cooperation with other Divisions and other group entities
- Customer acquisition
- Acquiring brand new clients and leveraging on potential customers already present in the Bank but served by other divisions or other Group entities
- Participation in events organized for current and potential customers
- Aim / achieve further recommendations from current client to other potential clients
- Use and support of the market & sales promotion
- Put together offers, presentations to prospect clients using provided marketing materials and templates
- Follow-up on customer’s contacts, offers, conclusions and implementation

- Financial market medium knowledge
