Descrierea postului:

Job function will entail:

• Evaluation and review of the credit proposals submitted for approval to Alpha Bank’s Credit Committees by various Business Units;
• Assessment of the credit risks implied by various credit proposals, proposing action for reducing the risks, review and confirmation of the clients’ credit ratings;
• Issuing motivated opinions on the reviewed credit proposal and presentations in the bank’s Credit Committees;
• Offering support and training to the Business Units with respect to various credit issues;

• Offering consultancy to other divisions of Alpha Bank with respect to various credit issues.

Cerinte:

Job requirements:

• Strong credit structuring knowledge/ experience;
• Have a minimum of 2+ years relevant work experience in credit assessment, financial analysis, consultancy or research with either local or international Commercial/Investment Bank.;
• Familiar with RAS, IFRS financials;
• Excellent analytical skills necessary and proficiency in financial analysis, as well as a general understanding of the macroeconomic environment;
• Strong credit assessment, credit risk analysis, financial and documentation skills;
• Good level of English language, both spoken and written;
• Computer literacy (MS Office);
• Highly motivated to develop her/ his career in banking environment, specifically within financial area;
• Dynamic, with good communication and interpersonal relating skills, willing to work in a team;

• Organized and rigorous, with initiative and a positive attitude, able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever required.
