Descrierea postului:

• Participates in the development and implementation of training programs in Basic and Financial Mathematics;
• Delivers the math trainings for different categories of personnel;
• Identifies training needs and develops training programs in collaboration with line management;
• Creates, develops and reviews the training materials;
• Develops and implements assessment tools, in order to evaluate training objectives achievement;

• Prepares periodical related activity reports.

Cerinte:

• Didactical and pedagogical experience in mathematics, preferable High School level;
• Basic economic/financial knowledge is considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English is a must;

• Availability for travelling in Romania and abroad.
