Descrierea postului:

  • To support Heads of Segments to implement service models, commercial campaigns and products/services tailored to the reference customer target, in a perspective of ongoing innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • To set up a convincing mechanism of analysis to be able to effectively and constantly and correctly evaluate the whole Small business segment’s and private clients segment’s economic dimensions in each different phases (planning, monitoring, analysis), in alignment with Commercial Planning and Control.
  • To set up the operational mechanism of commercial campaigns and follow up in close cooperation with sales and Regional Managers / Network.
  • To develop and execute, at local level, CRM methodologies and tools, statistical analysis and segmentation of actual and potential customers in line with segments defined by each service model, in order to maximize customer profitability and satisfaction
  • To ensure together with sales and segments campaign processes for each channel and for each segment
  • To ensure, together with local Segments, CRM project roll out in cooperation with Multi-Channel to optimize multi channels sales processes
  • To support the Heads of Segment in planning, analyzing and monitoring initiatives, products, services and models, in coordination with Commercial Planning and Control
  • To support Head of Segments in obtaining relevant data/information/reports in order to have all relevant information for fulfilling the segments missions

Cerinte:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a multinational company;
  • University degree in economics/finance or cybernetics/business informatics;
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related area and 1 year in sales
  • Fluent English, written and spoken;
  • Mathematical and analytical skills;
  • Investigative skills, ability to provide effective solutions to identified issues;
  • Retail banking business background;
  • Excellent PC knowledge (Access, Oracle, Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Proactive personality.
