Descrierea postului:

• Preventing deterioration of the quality of the corporate portfolio (RE not included) by pro-active solution-finding approach towards customers with potential difficulties
• Ensuring coordination of the Sensitive Portfolio by proper, efficient, straightforward and timely relationship management.
• Responsible for the coordination of the relationship with allocated customers from the Sensitive Portfolio (SP) list (commercial restructuring stage);
• Ensures support to business lines, when needed, for the allocated customers from SP list, others than the above ones;
• Ensures support to Risk Restructuring and Work-Out teams, when needed, in cooperating with the network staff for the restructuring stages subsequent to commercial restructuring stage
• Ensure back-up for the allocated team colleague/ SPManager, when needed
• Weekly reporting to the Head of SP team on the changes in the status of SP
• Visits to customers upon network request, when justified
• Assesses the needed resources on risk, legal and requests additional resources via the Head of SP team, when justified
• Assesses and gives to the Head of SP team feedback on existing resources on risk, legal allocated to the process
• Assesses and gives feedback via the Head of SP team to the Heads of respective Business lines on their staff performance

• Coach network staff on SP-related issues and gives feedback/ recommendation via the Head of SP team to the Heads of respective Business lines on training needs.

Cerinte:

• University degree (preferably in Economics)
• Minimum 4 years experience in Corporate and Risk banking, with exposures to complex transactions
• Credit Risk expertise
• Sales expertise and experience
• Language skills: fluent written & spoken English
• Structuring and analytical skills
• Determined

• Capability to work independently
