Descrierea postului:

• Support the preparation of capital adequacy reports for the local regulator and parent company;
• Gathers requirements and prepares specifications for the enhancement of the reporting tools;
• Support the testing phase of the Basel II systems implementation;
• Communicate with relevant Bank departments in order to successfully implement the Basel II project within the organization;
• Communicate with IT department and software providers;
• Support the implementation within the Bank of Basel II related requirements IRB approach (according to Group and National Bank of Romania related provisions);
• Coordinate the Basel II Projects in her/his responsibility and reports status to Basel II Project Manager;

• Facilitate the Basel II Project Team cooperation and work.

Cerinte:

• University degree (preferred: mathematic or economic specialization);
• Very good theoretical knowledge of Basel II (EU directives);
• Accounting and financial reporting experience;
• Proven analytical and data manipulation abilities;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
• Proactive and responsible person;
• IT project delivery understanding;
• Team-oriented person;

• Fluent in written and spoken Business & Financial English.
