Descrierea postului:

• Responsible for providing support for defining working instructions, rules, procedures and security policies within ICT
• Responsible for regular reporting on internal controls status, for periodical evaluation and testing of control objectives in ICT
• Monitors successful implementation and maintenance of the defined documentation, standards and procedures
• Ensures compliance with ICT security policies and the alignment of ICT procedures and policies; ensure the adherence of ICT working instructions, systems and software applications to established procedures, policies, standards and best-practices
• Performs monitoring and reviewing of security logs; detecting the non-compliant activities
• Provides security issues or incidents resolution and escalation
• Defines processes to manage the ICT security
• Provides support for evaluation and approvals of changes from the established IT security standards
• Provides support and performs follow-ups within ICT department in respect to the audit findings (internal audit, externals audit, NBR, other regulatory bodies)
• Ensure the security of data processed within the bank; suggest new means of ensuring the necessary security levels
• All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and to be updated with procedures in force

• Fulfills the tasks described in the document containing the tasks & processes related to ICT security team, which are assigned by the team’s manager, by a Helpdesk software application or are taken over voluntarily

Cerinte:

• University degree in computer science, cybernetics, economy, telecommunications or technical related
• Minimum 2 years in IT security related environment
• Minimum 1 year of IT audit related experience
• Working knowledge of security and IT standards and procedures
• Working knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL
• Exposure with IT audits, IT related audit activities or audit best practices
• Experienced with IT support applications and processes
• Good knowledge of a company infrastructure: servers, communication devices, software applications and IT processes
• High level knowledge of operating systems: Linux or Unix, MS Windows Servers (user administration, security settings, etc.)
• High level knowledge of using MS Windows workstations and related applications (MS Office, etc.)
• Computing systems troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)
