Descrierea postului:

• Participating in retail network and corporate lending audit assignments;
• Providing assistance to the management of the division in the annual risk assessment and audit planning process;
• Participating to the planning stage of the assigned audit engagements for branches;
• Identifying, discussing and escalating control weaknesses and recommendations for efficiencies with management of the units;
• Understanding and following in detail the audit process, its structure and key requirements;
• Elaborating reports on a regular basis regarding the progress and status of the audit engagements;
• Elaborating audit reports underlining identified issues and recommending solutions for improvement;
• Coordinating the feedback collection process from the audit outcomes;

• Identifying and communication apparent failures framework within processes.

Cerinte:

• University graduate (Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking would be preferred);
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in banking;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Good synthesizing skills in elaborating reports;
• Excellent communication skills, high ethical standards of honesty, objectivity, diligence and loyalty;
• English-good level writing and reading ;
• Analytical skills and proactive attitude;
• Availability of travel more than 60%;

• ACCA/CIA certification would be considered a plus(graduate or in progress).
