Descrierea postului:

• Perform an analysis of the borrower situation both from the financial and the legal point of view;
• Check the collateral (physically and legally wise) and appraise its value with the help of an expert, if case;
• Visit the borrower to see its business and the existing / proposed collaterals
• Request additional information regarding the borrower from the legal adviser and / or from the Bank Executor (legal actions status, insolvency procedure status, identify properties owned by the borrower or by its shareholder when the last one is guarantor);
• Propose restructuring of the exposure by increasing the tenor;
• Propose restructuring of the exposure by granting additional amounts to the customer if absolutely necessary;
• Propose restructuring of the exposure by partially decreasing the principal followed by a new negotiated reimbursement schedule;
• Propose restructuring of the exposure by improving the collateral package;
• Advise customer to organize its defense in Court or to take immediate actions to close the bankruptcy procedure;
• Restructure the exposure by selling some of the collaterals and negotiate a new reimbursement schedule;
• Transfer the file to the Recovery Unit to start enforcement procedures together with Bank / Court Executors;
• Transfer the file to the Recovery Unit to manage the relationship with the company and represent the Bank in the insolvency procedure;
• Restructure the exposure by taking any of the above combined actions or any other action to protect Bank’s interest;
• Request to the Bank / Court Executor to start the enforcement procedures in order to force the customer to agree on any restructuring measures proposed.
• Appoint a Bank / Court Executor to start the enforcement procedure;
• Ensure that the Bank is properly represented at the auctions;
• Support the enforcement procedure by advertising the auctions, negotiate with debtors and or possible buyers payment by installments;
• Represent the Bank in the relationship with Judicial Administrators and participate at creditors meetings for insolvent companies;

• Cooperate with dedicated legal advisers / lawyers in files where the enforcement procedure was contested in Court or in insolvency files.

Cerinte:

• Preferably legal or economical background;
• Minimum one year experience in one of the following activities:special handling / workout / restructuring departments in banking system;
• Corporate credit analysts/ relationship management;
• Enforcement activities / legal recovery procedures;

• Very good English command.
