Descrierea postului:

To achieve a proper management of risks through analysing the credit proposals, ensuring of a uniform and objective assessment basis for loan decisions, proposing solution for diminishing the risks and providing credit decision / submitting for approval to upper authority level if the case.

• Assessing the financial and risk analysis for the BC credit applications on the basis of procedures and policies in place regarding the information and documentation needed
• Applying of granting policies, processes and instruments (scoring) defined by the credit manuals, norms and procedures issued based on the Group standards with the participation of the Bank;
• Approving/ rejecting / submitting for credit decision to upper authority level the incoming BC credit applications;
• Identifying major risks in the transaction proposed and structuring it accordingly;
• Keeping a constant trade off between sales maximization and risk assessment & monitoring
• Cooperating with SMEs (BC) Sales representatives in the HQ as well as at branches level in order to identify the risk factors regarding the credit facilities, the mitigation elements and to adequately structure the credit applications
• Elaborating the credit risk recommendation to the competent credit authority level, in order to support the most appropriate lending decision

• Participating on the training of the staff involved in the BC lending activity

Cerinte:

• University degree in Business
• Min 2 years banking experience, in lending activity
• Basic accounting skills
• Well experienced in lending activity
• Sound expertise in credit applications assessment
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Good command of English
