Descrierea postului:

• Perform analysis and reports regarding the bank’s financial performance for top management at a high quality level (business evolution and profitability’s key drivers, Balance Sheet, P&L, trends, actual vs. plan, competition comparison) identifying significant variances and make appropriate recommendations;
• Calculate the main ratios on the bank’s performance, liquidity, capital adequacy and assets quality, providing the reasons of significant changes (ROA, ROE, C/I, Solvency, L/D, RWA, NPL/Loans, Risk coverage ratio etc);
• Participate in development and implementation of new projects carried out in the directorate or bank;
• Know the FTP concept and use it at profitability calculation;
• Prepare business plan to support the business lines in development of new products;
• Develop methodologies for activities such as: cost allocation, profitability measurement (by products, business lines, customers)
• Monitor OPEX by cost centers and identify opportunities for cost reduction;
• Propose innovative solutions for the improvement of the bank’s activity /department;
• Know cost calculations methods and management accounting;

• Know the NBR regulation and estimate the impact of the legislation change related to the job.

Cerinte:

• Economical studies (preferable the Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange, or Accounting and Management Information Systems);
• Romanian Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards, International Financial reporting standards knowledge ;
• Advanced English and MS Office knowledge;
• Results oriented;
• Analytic and synthetic skills;
• Innovative, flexible;
• Team player, good concentration capacity, hard working under stress;
• SAP usage and knowledge would be a plus;
• Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position;

• ACCA, MBA would be a plus.
