Descrierea postului:

• Is responsible and serves as HR contact person for all international relocation matters within the bank, acting accordingly to Group and local guidelines
• Co-operates with Group relocation contacts in assuring the relocation workflow both for expatriates and seconded employees to the Group
• Co-operates with external consultants on relocation matters in assuring legal procedures are met in the relocation process both in expatriates and seconded employees to the Group cases
• Ensures that financial data for expatriates and seconded employees is prepared and maintained in accordance with local Management and Head Office requirements
• Manages the database for the leased Personnel (input and request new employees, monthly reports, receiving and checking the invoice)
• Supports a correct and transparent process of communication with the representatives of the Trade Union.

• Participates in the process of negotiations of the collective labor agreement.

Cerinte:

• University degree
• Relevant experience in the HR field and international mobility
• PC skills – MS Office
• Very good English skills, both verbal and written

• Very good knowledge of the Romanian Labor Law and specific mobility legislation
