Descrierea postului:

Responsibilities:

  • Visit the prospective clients together with the commercial sales force of the Bank and provide product presentations;
  • Originate, develop, validate and support the commercial sales force of the Bank in concluding Factoring Agreements, offer high competence advice on client transactions;
  • Issue opinion on factorability criteria for all factoring applications;
  • Record and monitor sales actions on prospects /active clients;
  • Implementation of the sales strategy;
  • Assess market potential for new opportunities, considering statistics and expenditures;
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts, propose factoring solutions that would meet or even anticipate their needs;
  • Develop marketing strategy and promotional campaigns (including materials, web page update etc.);
  • Training of new and existing staff by general presentations, in-house training, permanent assistance in business development;
  • Administrate activity with FCI and members regarding new applications, FCI secretariat, Inter-Factor Agreements, payments of membership fees and commissions to FCI correspondents, in compliance with FCI rules and legislation;
  • Provides continuous efforts to improve the knowledge related to factoring activity;
  • Proposals for improving and developing the factoring activity;
  • Covers other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs

Cerinte:

Requirements:

  • University degree – preferably in Economics or related sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of broad sales experience with financial institutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
  • PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to develop fully customized packages and to advise on complex deals;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A motivated and driven sales ethic;
  • Good interpersonal & networking skills (able to originate and to develop business relations);
  • Availability for traveling often;
  • Responsible, efficient and flexible;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
